Officers

- President
- The president's job is to assist the director in the administration
of many of the non-musical activities of the choir. The president may be
given several important projects to oversee, including partial
management of choir fund-raisers. Many ideas, comments , questions, or
problems that do not demand the director's immediate attention may be
directed to the president.
- Vice President
- The vice president assists the president whenever possible, and has
the added responsibility of planning the social activities of the choir.
Secretary
- It is the secretary's duty to take attendance at every rehearsal,
performance, and activity. In addition, the secretary is responsible for
enlisting volunteers to pass out programs at concerts, and maintaining
an accurate list of choir members names, addresses and phone numbers.
Treasurers
- The treasurers are responsible for all financial aspects of the
administration of the choir. Record keeping of all moneys involved in
fund-raising, student accounts, the choir fund, and cash flow are all
the responsibility of the treasurer.

- Accompanists
- The accompanists for the choir are responsible for learning the piano
and vocal parts for songs assigned to them by the director.
